Job Responsibility:

1. Execute Multinational companies (incl. Korean Company) banking strategy under guidance of GM, JGM…
2. Manage and strengthen the relationship with existing clients and pursue more ancillary business.
3. Develop new relationship with selected target Multinational companies that fit into our client portfolio, and convert them into our customers.
4. Understanding the bank’s strategy and situation, to maximize return using the bank’s capital and resources in efficient manner.
5. Monitor various developments in the market and contribute to develop new products / service for the bank.
6. Continuously conduct credit monitoring to minimize credit cost.
7. Collaborate with GRM teams in SMBC’s overseas office to have timely sharing of information, and mutual feedback both from client’s HQ and subsidiaries in order to provide a better service to clients.
8. Improve SMBC’s market profile.
9. Support GM, JGM etc. and lead your subordinate by providing guidance.

Requirement:

1. University graduate or above;
2. Min. 5years experience in banking/financial services industry; min. 2years experience in marketing section;
3. Sense or skill in relationship management, credit monitoring, risk management, financial analysis, banking and finance products, negotiation and presentation, etc.
4. Good understanding of Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Syndicated Loan, etc.
5. Fluent Chinese, English and Korean, Good PC skills, communication skill, etc.
